What we do · gutter cleaning

Your gutters look fine from the ground.

Nobody sees a blocked downspout from the driveway. You find out when the water is already going somewhere it should not.

So we photograph every run, corner and outlet.

Before and after, sent with your invoice on a private link — whether or not you were home.

And we run water through every downspout before we leave.

We watch it come out the bottom. If it does not run, we are not finished.

Why you can't book a date today

Our liability insurance is being finalized, and we will not put a ladder against your house until it is in place. That is the only thing between us and our first visit. Reserve now and we will write to you the moment that policy is in force, with the dates we can reach your street. No payment is taken today and nothing is owed.

 

The first ten neighbors

We would rather earn ten households properly than discount our way to fifty. So the first ten are not getting money off their first visit — they are getting their price held for a year, and credit on the visit after.

How we use your details

We hold your name, address, phone and email so we can contact you when we open and price the work correctly. We do not sell or share them, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Ask us any time and we will delete your record — hello@altitudepropertyservices.com.

No card, no deposit, no charge. We take no deposits until our insurance is in place and we are open — and when we do take payment, it is after the work is done.

We do not drive the whole North Shore every day. The route moves through it in three groups.

The two rates

There are two prices, and both are real.

Route rate

What you pay when we are already working your street that window. It is the lower of the two, and it is the one most people get.

Standard rate

What it costs when we drive out to one house on its own — about 20% more, because that driving is ours to carry.

Same work either way: identical checklist, identical photographs, identical 30-day flow guarantee. The difference is our cost, not your value — so if your window is close, we will tell you to wait for it rather than take the higher price. Two houses on the same street in the same visit both get the route rate, whatever the calendar says.
